For the protection of our customers, guests and staff members during the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Matt Castrucci Kia has implemented several precautionary measures. As the virus is spread primarily on a person-to-person basis, these measures have been put in place to reduce the risk of exposure and further spread of COVID-19 in the community. To mitigate the amount of contact between individuals at our dealership, our waiting rooms are currently closed to the public. Vehicles will only be accepted via drop off until further notice. We are asking that customers have transportation plans arranged after dropping off their vehicle. Matt Castrucci Kia will not be providing transportation services at this time, such as shuttle services and loaner vehicles.
The cashier will still be available to receive payments for service or parts. These precautions are temporary measures and will be lifted when they are no longer required. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
