How Long Does it Take to Charge the 2022 Kia EV6?

The all-electric 2022 Kia EV6 promises much more than just heart-pounding performance when you get behind the wheel. Unlike many electric competitors, the Kia EV6 will not waste your time when you need to recharge the battery. Kia EV6 models are equipped with a patented multi-charging system that will support 400-volt and 800-volt DC charging – which equates to ultra-fast charging at speeds from 50-kW to 350-kW.

When you employ 800-volt DC fast charging with a 350-kW charger, the Kia EV6 can add almost 70 miles of driving range in less than five minutes and up to 210 miles of driving range in less than 18 minutes. But what happens when you do not have access to a high-speed charging station? An 11-kW onboard charger will provide Level 2 charging and has the capability to recharge your battery from 10% to 100% in 7 hours, 10 minutes.
